I just wanted to take a minute and write an update on our family. We had a busy end of July and beginning of August getting ready for and welcoming Macy Li home!!!! We are so excited to have a baby girl cousin, we are surrounded by boy cousins : )))... Unfortunately we spent the next four weeks sick, we finally recovered from that a couple of weeks ago and we now seem to be on track.
We made a trip to Nashville to see our cousins play football- GO LIONS!!!! Tyler had a great game against FRA and Nolan was still recovering from his concussion the prior week, so we were not able to see him in action, we look forward to catching back up with him at another game soon. Peyton played really well on Saturday morning and has "war marks" (bruises) to prove it!
Back on the home front: We have had several visitors over the last month: Aunt Rhonda, Macy Li, Goggin, PaPa and Grandfather!! It was so nice having the company. Maggie Leigh has moved from just putting words together that made sense to us, to actually formulating sentences that make sense to others- she has absolutely amazed us!! McKenna Grace is taking about 4 steps at a time and then taking the easy road of crawling... She is very chatty these days and loves playing with her Big Sis, she screams with excitement every time Maggie Leigh enters the room! Maggie Leigh is 2 years and 3 months and McKenna Grace is 10 months. Time really flies when you are having so much fun with these two!
